Sometimes you may be allergic to those easy vending machine snacks, but with these tips you won't need to satisfy that middle of the day craving.

Never settle for a boring breakfast! There are an endless amount of ways to conquer your hunger cravings during the day. My first tip is to fuel yourself with healthy fruits and proteins.
My Advice
I often find myself eyeing the vending machines wishing for a salty or sweet fix during the day, but often end up feeling discouraged. Easy fix! Eat breakfasts high in protein to feel fuller longer.
Breakfast Add-ons Making Your Hunger Disappear
Avocados are the go-to breakfast add-on for those seeking a high in protein pick me up. However, avocados are often a common food allergy, so it is up to the individual to find a substitute. I suggest adding a banana instead as it is the same texture and will fill you up. Get creative and include a nut butter on a piece of toast for a quick and easy breakfast combo.
Swap out dairy products for fruit juices.
Smoothies are one of the fastest breakfast meals out there. You can manage a delicious smoothie using as little as three ingredients. Of course you need that extra blender a parent has laying around on the bottom floor of the pantry and then a couple fruits with juice. Making a dairy-free smoothie is so easy! Add a variety of fresh/frozen fruits together with a milk alternative (apple juice, orange juice, etc.) and blend it up. Add a spoonful of nut butter to add a new flavor as well.
